TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please carefully read and agree to the TERMS in the following information before making reservation, as it explains how reservations are handled when received and confirmed as well as the conditions of refund in case of cancellations. Explanations of these TERMS helps you to understand that these policies are made in order to be fair to all participants. If you have any questions prior to making reservations, please contact us.

 MAKING  RESERVATION

In order to book any of the apartments, you need to contact us first checking its availability for specific dates of your stay. You can use one of the following methods to reserve an apartment in Saint Petersburg:

1. through our website
Fill in a request form on our website. To do so, use the "New Order" link on the chosen page with specifying dates of arrival and departure, number of persons and berths, personal contact information and and forward it to us.

2. by e-mail
Just e-mail your reservation request to our regular address sokushner@gmail.com or mail@arendaservice.ru. We'll do our best to get back to you in a timely manner - usually the same day.

3. by phone

TERMS OF RESERVATION

1. To reserve an apartment, please submit a deposit in the sum of one night's stay. For longer stays, you may be asked for a larger deposit amount. The deposit guarantees reservations and can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on site in Saint Petersburg, or through an authorized representative in Moscow. REFUND POLICY: Reservations cancelled fewer than 14 days prior to arrival date are not refundable. In other cases, the deposits are fully or partially refundable. If you have any questions about this policy, please ask us at sokushner@gmail.com  prior to paying a deposit.

2. The remaining balance for the entire stay, as well as a key and damage deposit, are due at the time of check-in. Deposits will be returned in full, except in cases of damage to the apartment or of lost keys. The fact of payment is set forth in the Apartment Accommodation Agreement.

3. A key/damage deposit of 100 euro (or the equivalent in rubles) must be made upon arrival.

4. Keys will be provided upon receipt of payment, and occupants will be responsible for them throughout the remainder of their stay.

5. Standard check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Check-in time is 2 p.m. Deviations from this policy, including late check-outs and early check-ins, are to be negotiated in advance, and must be accompanied by an additional fee equivalent to a half-day’s rent  (50% of daily rental rate).

6. Occupants must adhere to accepted civil behavior norms in Russia. Loud music, noise, and disruptive behaviors are not acceptable and can be cause for eviction from the rented apartment.

7. If for some reason the apartment you reserved is not available, we reserve the right to provide a similar apartment of the same category in the same price range.

8. The minimum period of stay is 2 nights.

In this connection, please be aware of the following APARTMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS that you and your guests are responsible to follow. Adhereing to these rules will increase your living satisfaction in Saint Petersburg.

On the date of arrival you will be met at a mutually agreed upon time and accompanied to your chosen apartment.
