GENERAL PAYMENT INFORMATION

The rates and conditions are determined at the moment of reservation and are not subject to alterations. After successfully receiving your deposit, we will send you an email CONFIRMATION with details  of reservation. Please keep the voucher and show it upon check-in.

Apartment charges include all taxes, cleaning services (except daily maid service), apartment co-op fees, local phone service (except international and long-distance calls). Long-distance and international phone calls carry additional fees.

Apartment charges also include a weekly cleaning service, including a change of bed linens and towels. Daily maid service is available upon request for an additional fee.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to reserve an apartment. Reservations cancelled fewer than 14 days prior to arrival date are not refundable. In other cases, the deposits are fully or partially refundable. 

METHODS OF PAYMENT 

For your convenience we accept the following methods of payment: 

1. Western Union money transfer (instruction)

Deposits and pre-payment can be made by Western Union money transfer. To send money through Western Union, please e-mail to sokushner@gmail.com to inquire about necessary payment information.

2. Cash

Your authorized representative may submit a cash deposit or prepayment in Saint Petersburg or Moscow. Euros, US Dollars, and Rubles are all equally acceptable. Important: Euros and dollars we accept must be in good condition, without tears, writing, or ink stains. In general, you will find it difficult to exchange worn bills of any currency anywhere in Russia.

3. Bank transfer to Citibank account (payment details)* or Raiffeisen bank account (payment details)*

Upon request we will provide documentation confirming the apartment rental and receipt of payment for our services.
