What is the difference between a Self-Catering Apartment, a Serviced Apartment and an Apartment Hotel?


A Self-Catered Apartment in Petersburg is a private apartment, generally situated in a residential neighborhood, enabling you to experience the city like a local. Grocery stores, restaurants, recreational opportunities and city sights are usually located within walking distance. The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay.

A Serviced Apartment in St Petersburg is either a private apartment in a residential area or an apartment in a larger apartment building. Serviced Apartments offer cleaning service usually on a weekly basis, but more frequent cleaning can often be arranged.

A Hotel Apartment in Saint Petersburg usually has a 24-hour reception which can provide concierge service and assistance. Hotel apartments often provide a full range of on-site services such as a gym, swimming pool, and restaurant or bar. Daily or weekly cleaning is included and includes a bed linen and towel change along with other housekeeping duties. 

 

What is included in our St.Petersburg apartments?


All of our apartments are fully furnished and include bed linen and towels. The kitchens have all the basic equipment to make a simple meal and enough dishes and cutlery for the maximum number of guests who can sleep in the apartment. All apartments are also equipped with high-speed or wireless internet.

 

Are local taxes included in the price?


Yes, the prices on our website are all inclusive.


Do I have to pay a damage deposit?


We usually do not require a damage deposit for any of our apartments. Instead, we charge for the entire amount on arrival and security deposit for the keys  - 100 euro.

We, of course, expect all of our properties to be treated with respect and courtesy. Guests who cause problems or damages to an apartment will be responsible for covering the expense of the damage with sufficient proof from the owner.

For some monthly rentals (60 nights or longer), the apartment owner may require you to pay a damage deposit. 

 

Is smoking permitted in any of Saint Petrsburg apartments?


Most of our apartments are non-smoking. If the individual apartment owner will permit smoking in his/her apartment, this will be indicated on the Apartment Information Page. 

 

What if I want to change a reservation I have already made?


For us to best help you make changes to your reservation, please call or send an email to sokushner@gmail.com and we can advise you on the easiest way to make the change.

 

What if I want to cancel a reservation?


The booking confirmation document you received via email when you booked online contains a cancellation link. By clicking on this link you will be taken to our online cancellation form. Please note that if it is less than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will not receive a full refund for your booking.
You can always contact us by phone or email for help changing or canceling a reservation.
