Apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator. Entrance is from Nevsky Prospect with several secure doors.

Check-out time – 12.00 p.m, check-in time - 2.00 p.m. Early arrival and late departure are paid extra - 50 % of daily rental rate. The price varies depending on number of residents, terms of residence and season.
The minimum rate is for given apartment (no extra sleeps) during low season (October,1 – April, 30). The maximum rate is for upper allowance in given apartment (no extra sleeps) during high season (May,1 – September,30).
Extra sleep is 15 euro per person.
Minimum stay requirement is 3 nights.
