Rent a Serviced Apartment During Your Saint Petersburg Visit
Our main focus is providing short-term rental apartments services in St.Petersburg and we receive many requests from business and pleasure travelers who prefer the comfort of a rental apartment in St.Petersburg to impersonal hotel rooms. All daily prices below are listed for a minimum stay of 3 days. If you need to stay less than three days, please confirm the price and availability by calling our office. For stays of one month and longer we offer discounted daily rates. Some apartments, available for short term rent are listed below. Please contact us to get availability and exact price of your stay. If you require an airport transfer please arrange this with our office ahead of time for an additional charge.
Important terms and conditions:
All short term stays have to be prepaid in full no later than the move-in date. If you are staying for more than one month, payments are collected on the monthly basis.
All reservations require a refundable deposit of 100 euro.
Indicated daily price includes cleaning services once per week. Additional cleaning service can be organized at an extra charge of 20 euro.
Prices indicated are usually for a maximum occupancy. If you expect more people residing in the daily apartment, please enquire ahead of time to confirm availability and surcharges.
For all apartments, move-in time is 2 pm, move-out time is noon. If you need to move-in before the standard move-in time or stay later, there is an additional charge associated with it. Please confirm at the time of booking that it is possible.
